Job Description:

At Job Duck, we are looking for a motivated and client focused Intake Specialist to serve as the first point of contact for prospective clients. In this role, you will engage with new inquiries, respond promptly to leads, and help guide potential clients through the initial stages of their journey. Your ability to build trust, listen attentively, and communicate with empathy will have a direct impact on creating a positive client experience and supporting business growth.

This opportunity is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast paced environment, enjoys meaningful conversations, and can confidently balance sales awareness with sound judgment and strong organizational skills. You will play a key role in maintaining an efficient intake process while helping prospective clients feel heard, understood, and supported.

• Compesation Range: 1,142 USD to 1,220 USD Monthly

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Triage inquiries to identify qualified, viable prospective clients and distinguish inquiries requiring other assistance.

• Respond to incoming calls and contact new leads from website forms and social media inquiries; the firm aims to contact new leads within five minutes of submission.

• Keep lead records and relevant details updated accurately in the CRM.

• Schedule qualified prospects for free consultations using the cloud-based calendar, or transfer calls directly

• Work and follow up on the existing prospective-client pipeline, including people who have already had consultations

Requirements:

• Previous intake experience

• Problem-solving ability

• Sales savvy/Sales-oriented (experience)

• Comfortable handling phone conversations; excellent communication and empathy, with the ability to build rapport and help distressed or vulnerable callers feel heard and understood.

• Exceptional attention to detail, with a highly meticulous approach to work

• Strong organizational and time-management skills

• Comfortable and professional when communicating by phone.
