Job Description: This Marketing Program Assistant role supports marketing initiatives by assisting with projects, coordination, and creative tasks. The Marketing Assistant works closely with leadership and external partners to help execute campaigns and ongoing initiatives. This position contributes to sponsorships, design-related work, and collaboration with a marketing agency. Someone in this role is proactive, communicative, and comfortable juggling multiple priorities. It is well-suited for a team player who enjoys turning ideas into action and supporting strategic goals. • Monthly Compensation Range: from $1,245 USD to $1,350 USD Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Help implement marketing projects directed by leadership Support marketing initiatives and ongoing projects Assist with sponsorship-related activities Collaborate with a marketing agency on assigned tasks Requirements: Additional Job Description: • Timezone: Eastern Standard Time • Work Schedule: Monday to Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. EST • Software and Tools ◦ Smokeball CRM ◦ Microsoft Office or similar productivity tools Required Skills: • Minimum of 1 year of experience in Marketing roles. • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Creative thinking and problem-solving ability • Strong organizational and time management skills • Ability to collaborate with internal teams and external agencies • Responsiveness and transparency in work progress • Attention to detail across marketing tasks • Team-oriented and adaptable work style Work Shift: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM [EST][EDT] (United States of America) Languages: English Ready to dive in?
