You will thrive if you enjoy staying ahead of trends and bringing creative marketing initiatives to life. • Monthly Compensation Range: from $1,245 USD to $1,350 USD Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Occasionally support phone call handling in emergency situations Collaborate with internal teams to align marketing initiatives with business goals Create engaging content including videos, reels, graphics, and promotional materials Optimize website performance through SEO, backlinks, and content improvements Assist with branding, public relations, and media positioning efforts Monitor trends and identify opportunities for viral content and audience engagement Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to boost brand visibility Manage and grow social media presence across multiple platforms Support podcast distribution and growth initiatives using platforms such as Libsyn and Spotify Implement AI-assisted marketing workflows and content strategies Requirements: Additional Job Description: • Location: Remote • Time Zone: EST (Eastern Standard Time) • Schedule: Monday to Friday from 10:00 a.m. to 07:00 p.m. EST Requirements: ◦ Proven experience in digital marketing, social media management, or a related role ◦ Strong understanding of SEO, website optimization, and backlink strategies ◦ Experience with AI-assisted marketing tools and content workflows ◦ Ability to manage multiple brands and projects simultaneously ◦ Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English ◦ Remote work experience preferred Tools and Platforms: ◦ Social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, X Twitter ◦ YouTube and podcast platforms including Spotify and Libsyn ◦ AI tools for content creation and marketing automation ◦ Basic video editing and design tools Required Skills • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities • Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple projects effectively • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Proactive mindset with the ability to take initiative independently • Comfortable working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment • Creative thinking with a strong interest in branding and content creation • Adaptable and quick learner with a positive attitude • Confidence in presenting ideas and contributing to strategy discussions Work Shift: Languages: English, Spanish Ready to dive in?
