VA - PowerPoint & Graphic Design Support

Job Description This is a remote position. Industry: Healthcare Software Company/SaaS Remote | CST Afternoon | Part-Time to start (4hrs/day) Job Overview: We are looking for a highly organized and creative Virtual Assistant with strong PowerPoint and graphic design skills to support a growing healthcare software startup. This role is ideal for someone with an excellent eye for design and visual presentation who can take existing content and transform it into polished, professional, and cohesive materials. While PowerPoint and presentation design will be a major focus, we are also looking for someone who is comfortable supporting administrative and organizational tasks as needed. As the company prepares to launch and move into active sales, this role has the potential to grow in both hours and responsibilities. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Polish and redesign existing PowerPoint sales presentations Create reusable branded PowerPoint templates Format and organize sales and go-to-market materials Create marketing materials and graphics Maintain consistency across branding and presentations Assist with spreadsheets and document organization Help organize sales/marketing assets as the company prepares to launch Provide ongoing VA and marketing support as needed Data Entry QUALIFICATIONS: Strong PowerPoint skills – MUST HAVE Strong eye for design, layout, branding, and visual presentation Experience creating and polishing professional sales decks Able to create reusable PowerPoint templates Graphic design experience Comfortable working with existing branding and design direction Able to make materials look cohesive, professional, and polished Strong attention to detail Comfortable with spreadsheets and general administrative organization Able to work independently and take direction well NICE TO HAVE: Has a portfolio/examples of previous PowerPoint or presentation design work Comfortable taking existing content and improving it rather than starting from scratch Experience supporting a startup, SaaS, healthcare, or technology company is a plus Is interested in growing with a startup as the role expands.
