We are seeking a motivated Validation an Characterization Engineer to join our engineering team and contribute to the development of innovative sensor technologies. This role will support the evaluation and validation of semiconductor products throughout the development lifecycle, helping ensure product performance, quality, and reliability.
The ideal candidate is a collaborative and solutions-oriented engineer who enjoys working in a hands-on technical environment and contributing to the successful development of next generation sensing solutions.

Responsibilities include:

  • Develop software and hardware solutions to enhance testing capabilities of our sensors
  • Assist characterization efforts in data collection and analysis across PVT
  • Be able to work in a fast-paced environment to meet critical schedule milestones
  • Work with cross-functional teams (design, ATE, systems engineering, etc.) to ensure milestones completion and assist in resolving customer related issues
  • Assist post-silicon debug efforts to find root cause of issues using lab instruments (i.e. oscilloscope, function generator, smu, etc.)
  • PCB soldering and assembly


Who we are looking for


  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related technical field required; Master's degree preferred
  • 3+ years of relevant experience in semiconductor validation, characterization, product engineering, test engineering, or a related field preferred
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across engineering functions
  • Self-motivated and organized, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast paced environment
  • Basic understanding of PCB assembly, soldering, and hardware debugging
  • Familiarity with programming and/or scripting languages (Python, Perl, C/C++, etc.) preferred
  • Working knowledge of data analysis tools (i.e. Spotfire) preferred
