Validation Specialist

Description Author and maintain validation documentation, including: Validation Plans Traceability Matrices Test Scripts and Protocols Validation Reports Support change control activities, system upgrades, releases, and decommissioning efforts. Develop and maintain SOPs, work instructions, and system administration documentation. Serve as a system administrator for assigned laboratory informatics platforms. Partner with laboratory users and management to gather business requirements and translate them into system solutions. Lead or support implementation of new laboratory systems and enhancements. Monitor system performance, identify opportunities for optimization, and recommend process improvements. Collaborate with global stakeholders, vendors, and subject matter experts on system functionality and strategy. Provide end-user support, troubleshooting, training, and documentation as required. Ensure systems remain compliant with applicable regulatory and quality standards. Experience working within regulated pharmaceutical, biotechnology, CRO, or medical device environments. Knowledge of GLP, GxP, GMP, and computer system validation principles. Experience with change control, documentation management, and software lifecycle practices. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Experience Level Intermediate Level Job Type & Location This is a Contract position based out of Wilmington, MA. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $34.00 - $38.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
