You'll manage customer orders from initial processing through to fulfilment, ensuring orders are accurate, progressed efficiently and delivered within agreed timescales.

Working closely with customers, suppliers, transport colleagues and internal teams, you'll help coordinate high-end and bespoke customer requests while maintaining a high level of customer service and attention to detail.

If you're highly organised, proactive and enjoy taking ownership of tasks through to completion, we'd love to hear from you.

Some Of Your Key Responsibilities

  • Process customer orders accurately and efficiently, supporting high-end and bespoke customer requests from initial processing through to fulfilment.
  • Monitor and progress outstanding and back orders, keeping customers and internal teams updated on expected delivery times and taking action to address potential delays.
  • Build and maintain strong working relationships with suppliers, progressing purchase orders and resolving order-related queries.
  • Organise logistics with the transport team to ensure customer orders are delivered to the required location within agreed timescales.
  • Provide administrative support to the Etching Department, including assisting with new product and code set-ups, coordinating workloads and maintaining accurate order information.
  • Maintain accurate records and ensure all relevant systems and documentation are kept up to date, while supporting the wider Value Added Services team with day-to-day requirements when required.

What do I need to be successful in this role?

  • Previous experience in an administration, order processing, customer service or coordination role.
  • Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple orders and priorities simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
  • Confident written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build positive and professional relationships with customers, suppliers and colleagues.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and progressing outstanding tasks, with the confidence to take ownership of orders through to completion.
  • Good IT and system skills, with the ability to learn and use internal systems effectively and work well under pressure.

What's in it for me?

  • A competitive salary alongside an enhanced employer pension contribution.
  • 20 days annual leave entitlement plus Bank Holidays, with the opportunity to purchase additional annual leave should you need a little extra time.
  • Hybrid working, offering a combination of office-based and remote working.
  • Enhanced Maternity & Paternity pay to support you and your family during life's important moments.
  • A company-funded Healthcare Cash Plan and Employee Assistance Programme (EAP), providing access to everyday healthcare benefits and confidential support whenever you need it.
  • Additional benefits including Cycle to Work, Company Sick Pay, employee discounts and discounted Cromwell products.
