Business Process Modeling Consultant at BairesDev

In this role, you'll build detailed process models that capture how legacy and mainframe-class systems function as part of application modernization efforts. You’ll provide the structural foundation teams need before re-architecting into modern cloud platforms. This is your opportunity to specialize in process modeling within a high-stakes modernization context, working closely with clients to validate every model you build.

What You'll Do:

- Build detailed process models capturing workflows related to application modernization initiatives.

- Apply systems engineering principles to accurately represent complex technical and business processes.

- Deliver project-based, client-facing consulting engagements centered on process modeling.

- Gather requirements from stakeholders to validate and refine process models.

What we are looking for:

- 5+ years of experience in business process modeling.

- Strong background in systems engineering.

- Consulting or professional services background with project-based, client-facing delivery experience.

- Experience with application modernization, re-architecting legacy or mainframe-class systems into modern cloud platforms targeting Java, Go, or .NET.

- Strong requirements gathering skills.

- Advanced proficiency in English.
