Company Description Brighter Futures Consulting Pty Ltd supports clients and their families through a holistic approach that combines access to community resources with professional therapeutic services. The organization focuses on tailoring individualized supports so clients can pursue enriched, meaningful, and independent lives. Brighter Futures offers in-house services, including occupational therapy, psychology, speech therapy, behavior support, and other allied health interventions. By coordinating these services, the team aims to provide consistent, client-centered care that responds to each person’s unique needs and goals.

Role Description In these various exciting full-time roles, team members will work closely with clients and families to assess needs, develop individualized support plans, and deliver high-quality services. Daily responsibilities may include conducting client sessions, documenting progress, collaborating with a multidisciplinary team, and coordinating access to community and professional supports. Team members will participate in case discussions, contribute to service improvement, and maintain professional standards of practice and confidentiality. This is a hybrid role based in Darwin, NT, with a mix of on-site work and some work-from-home flexibility to support both client needs and work–life balance.

Qualifications

  • Relevant tertiary qualifications in allied health, psychology, social work, education, or a related field, with current professional registration or membership where applicable.
  • Demonstrated experience in client-facing roles, including assessment, care planning, and delivery of therapeutic or support services within community or clinical settings.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to build rapport with clients and families from diverse backgrounds and collaborate in multidisciplinary teams.
  • Solid organizational and time management abilities, with capacity to manage caseloads, maintain accurate documentation, and meet reporting and compliance requirements.
  • Commitment to person-centered practice, safeguarding, professional ethics, and continuous improvement in service quality and client outcomes.
  • Comfort with hybrid work arrangements, including the use of digital tools, case management systems, and telehealth or remote service delivery when appropriate.
  • Current working rights in Australia, relevant clearances (e.g., Working with Children Check, NDIS Worker Screening, or equivalent), and a valid driver’s license for community visits.
  • Previous experience in disability, mental health, pediatrics, or family support services is highly regarded but not mandatory.
