VAS Solution Engineer

This role combines technical leadership, solution design, vendor management, and end-to-end delivery of new services and platform enhancements. What you will do Own the development strategy and lifecycle management of PCRF platform, including capacity planning, forecasting, budgeting, and technology evolution Lead the introduction of new services and platform capabilities, from requirements gathering through deployment and operational handover Collaborate with business stakeholders to transform business needs into scalable technical solutions Drive vendor engagement, including technical evaluations, contract scope definition, and delivery governance Participate in tender processes by defining technical requirements, evaluating proposals, and selecting optimal solutions Coordinate end-to-end implementation activities, including hardware/software delivery, deployment planning, and cross-functional execution Provide expert guidance on platform capabilities, architecture, and service opportunities Support critical maintenance activities and complex changes in production environments Qualifications and experience needed Strong understanding of GSM, UMTS, and LTE network architecture Hands-on experience with policy control, charging, and packet core elements Good understanding of Diameter and GTP signaling protocols Solid IP networking knowledge English level: Pre-Intermediate or higher Technologies you will work with LTE and 5G Core technologies PCRF, PCEF, TDF, DRA, OCS Diameter, GTP IP networks Linux-based environments SQL A plus would be Knowledge of 5G Core architecture Experience working with large volumes of data Experience working with Linux-based operating systems What we offer Office or remote — it’s up to you Remote onboarding Performance bonuses for everyone (annual or quarterly — depends on the role) We train employees: with the opportunity to learn through the company’s library, internal resources, and programs from partners Health and life insurance Wellbeing program and corporate psychologist Reimbursement of expenses for Kyivstar mobile communication Why this role?
