About the Role The Vehicle Registration & Administration Clerk reports to the Group Administration Manager at a busy dealership in Blacktown. The role is responsible for ensuring all vehicle registrations, CTP processing, and related documentation are completed accurately and on time. It supports the Sales team by meeting delivery deadlines and maintaining compliance with RMS requirements. Key Responsibilities Process all vehicle registrations and CTP (new, used & demo vehicles). Prepare and lodge Notice of Disposals, plate changes, and transfer documentation. Ensure compliance with RMS requirements and company policies. Manage daily creation of Repair Orders (ROs) and Purchase Orders (POs). Maintain accurate internal logs and registration records. Coordinate with Pre-Delivery and Sales teams to ensure smooth vehicle handovers. Order and manage number plates, ensuring security and stock control. Maintain Police Book records and ensure documentation accuracy. Assist with deal processing and month-end deadlines. File and maintain documentation in accordance with RMS and company standards. Provide backup support to Reception when required. Essential Skills Strong knowledge of RMS processes and compliance requirements. Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to manage high volumes and work to strict deadlines. Strong organisational and time management skills. Professional written and verbal communication skills. Intermediate computer skills.
