Vendor Coordination Specialist (Short-Term Rentals)

We’re Hiring: Vendor Coordination Specialist (100% Remote)

• Full-Time
• Salary: $1,000/month
• Work days: Mon - Saturday (Sunday free)
• Work hours: 10am - 7pm Mountain Standard Time

Premier Pads is looking for a detail-oriented and proactive team member to manage vendor coordination across our growing portfolio of properties.

This role is key to keeping our operations running smoothly by ensuring vendors are reliable, jobs are completed on time, and all work is properly tracked.

What You’ll Do:

• Dispatch and coordinate vendors for maintenance, repairs, and specialty services
• Coordinate closely with our in-house handyman team
• Track and manage all work orders from start to completion
• Maintain and expand a strong vendor network across multiple markets
• Collect photos, videos, invoices, and job documentation
• Monitor vendor performance (response time, quality, and cost)
• Manage recurring services (pool, pest control, landscaping, etc.)
• Ensure all invoices are submitted and sent to Finance

Requirements:

• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Experience in property management, operations, or coordination
• Excellent communication skills (English required, Spanish is a plus)
• Ability to work independently and problem-solve efficiently
• Experience working with vendors and managing remote operations
• Detail-oriented with strong follow-through
