As our Vendor & Customer Master Data Specialist, you'll play a key role in maintaining the quality, integrity and governance of master data across the LEGO Group for a period of 12 months.

This is a varied role that combines responsibility for daily master data operations with a strong focus on operation process improvement, automation and data quality. You'll partner with stakeholders across the business to simplify processes, strengthen controls and support business transformation initiatives. Success comes from balancing operational excellence with a proactive approach to continuous improvement.

  • Ideally used SAP, Coupa or similar ERP platforms to manage master data processes.
  • Influenced stakeholders to implement data quality, governance or process improvements.
  • Analysed and resolved complex data issues through root-cause analysis.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Applied automation or digitalisation solutions to improve operational processes.
  • Worked with SAP, Coupa or comparable ERP environments.
  • Supported business transformation, integration or organisational change initiatives.

What you'll build

  • High-quality vendor, customer and related master data operations that support global business.

  • Process improvements that simplify how work gets done and strengthen controls.
  • Support for major and minor transformation, integration and process change initiatives related to Master Data.
  • Trusted partnerships with stakeholders across functions, geographies and cultures.
  • Consistent achievement of service levels while driving opportunities for improvement.

If you've worked in a role where you managed complex operational activities improved operations processes, supported system or process changes, and delivered efficiencies through automation or simplification, you'll feel at home here. What matters most is your ability to improve data quality, collaborate across functions, influence stakeholders and think end-to-end when solving business challenges.

Life on the team

You'll join the Vendor & Customer Master Data team within Business Service Operations, supporting all LEGO Group company codes globally from a single shared operation. The team provides the foundation for many critical business processes and offers broad opportunities to learn about global operations, process improvement and business transformation. Team members work closely together, support multiple operational areas and are encouraged to take ownership of their work. A self-led approach, curiosity about improvement and the ability to collaborate across cultures help the team succeed.

What success looks like

You'll become a trusted subject matter expert who can confidently manage multiple master data areas while identifying opportunities to improve the way the team operates. Over the next 12–18 months, you'll help support ongoing digitalisation, process optimisation, governance improvements and wider business transformation initiatives, including integration activities and S/4HANA-related changes. You'll work closely with fellow master data specialists, Process Managers, Procurement teams, Accounts Receivable and Sales teams, Business Process Improvement teams and stakeholders across the LEGO Group globally.
