The role
This internship runs on a 3+2 structure. Three days a week go to ThinkX work in one of five tracks. The other two days go to something you own. That can be your own venture, which stays yours, or a ThinkX project you run from start to finish. Either way you get weekly mentoring on it.
Five days is what we would like. It is not a condition. If you can only give three days a week, or one, tell us and we will work something out.
Choose one track:
• Marketing. Plan and run campaigns, manage social channels and the email list, and track leads through to conversion.
• Content Creation & Graphic Design. Write and produce content, design campaign graphics and event collateral, and run the content calendar. You need writing or design, not both.
• Video Content. Come up with your own ideas for short-form video, then script, shoot and edit them. Cut founder interviews and event footage into publishable pieces.
• Business Development & Sponsorship. Build target lists, write outreach, secure meetings, and manage sponsors through to delivery.
• Operations. Coordinate logistics for workshops and events, keep trackers and shared folders current, and compile post-programme reports.
What we are looking for
• Currently studying, on an academic attachment, or recently graduated
• A good command of English, written and spoken
• Able to work on your own and keep to deadlines
• Comfortable speaking directly to customers, sponsors, partners and programme participants
• Your own laptop, and a reliable internet connection if you work remotely
• Contactable during the working week, and able to join meetings when they are scheduled
Previous startup experience is not needed. If you are applying for Marketing or Business Development, you should be comfortable selling.

- Choice of: Onsite in Singapore or Chongqing
- Remote from Southeast Asia countries

This is an unpaid internship. There is no salary or allowance. In place of one you get mentoring, ownership of real work, and access to our network. Please consider that before applying.Anything you create for your own venture stays yours. Work you produce for ThinkX belongs to ThinkX.
