About

Our company

Reduck is the fast lane for AI agents on the web.

2026 has been the year for coding, cyber and math agents, but broader knowledge work (finance, ops, growth, etc.) hasn't been as impacted, especially in enterprise setups.

Connecting Your Agent To The Key Apps You Use Is a Remaining Challenge For Large Scale Adoption. Today, Even If Agents Can Do Computer Use To Automate Sites With No API, Such As LinkedIn, Reddit Or Your Custom ERP, Computer Use Is Inadequate For Complex And Heavy Workloads As It Is

  • Unreliable: results vary and get worse with context size explosion
  • Slow: each step requires slow thinking to decide next browser action
  • Expensive: context fills up quickly and complex tasks hit rate limits

That's why we built Reduck MCP: the easiest way for an agent to integrate and automate any site you use.

Reduck MCP allows agents to discover, run and create browser automation scripts that serve as tools. Scripts run in your own Chrome, through our extension, which allows your agent to work where you are logged in — no credentials exposure, and same fingerprints so no bot detection.

Our ever-extending official library of scripts already includes LinkedIn, Twitter, Reddit, and more, to get started with automated lead discovery and enrichment, or customized feed.

  • sold the company to H Company, a company founded by Deepmind engineers which raised $220M

Louis Abraham is a leading AI engineer and researcher experienced in building impactful products. In the past, he:

  • co-founded Secrecy, where he developed an end-to-end encryption platform and patented cryptographical protocols

Job Description

The job

To help us on our mission to democratize automations that create real business value, we are looking for an exceptional Vibe Coder & QA Engineer to join us.

Reduck runs on a catalog of automation scripts, hundreds of scripts across dozens of sites, driven by AI agents and live in production for our customers. Two things matter equally for that catalog to grow well: shipping fast, and guaranteeing that what ships actually holds up in production.

You'll join with one true requirement: being exceptionally comfortable vibe coding, meaning driving an AI agent (Claude Code or equivalent) to produce working code fast. From that shared foundation, the role splits into two intertwined missions:

  • Building automations, scripts and small apps
  • Hardening what our agents produce through audit, bug classification and continuous testing

Building

  • Write and maintain automation scripts for the Reduck catalog: new sites, new use cases, fixing broken scripts
  • Build small apps for users to discover directly inside the product (TypeScript/React/Node, Postgres)

Reliability & QA

  • Audit and classify production errors at scale, thousands of runs: broken script, external site failure, bad AI decision, or bad user input
  • Build classifiers, often LLM judges themselves, that distinguish these categories automatically, and stress-test their reliability
  • Write end-to-end test scenarios that run on a loop to catch regressions before customers do
  • Dig into ambiguous cases by hand, turn them into reusable rules, and document recurring bug patterns

What We Offer

A role spanning both building and reliability, within a small team, with direct access to the founders and fast decision-making.

  • Contract: CDI
  • Location: Paris, 124 Rue Réaumur
  • Start date: as soon as possible

Preferred Experience

Two requirements: native-level fluency in French, and being in our Paris office at least a few days a week. Neither is flexible.

Required Skill Set

  • Real personal or professional track record using Claude Code, Cursor, Copilot, or ChatGPT to code, not just "I tried it once"
  • Ability to iterate: read an error, understand what broke, rephrase your request to the agent, correct course without giving up or restarting from scratch
  • Rigorous, and genuinely curious about why something breaks rather than papering over the symptom
  • Curious and autonomous, unafraid to dive into an unfamiliar website to figure out how to automate it

Preferred Experience

  • Hands-on experience with LLMs (prompt engineering, LLM-as-judge, model evaluation) — a personal or academic project is fine
  • A background in web automation (Playwright, Selenium, or equivalent)
  • Able to reason through ambiguous data and write a clear analysis, not just ship code

Recruitment Process

  • Take home assignment: If your resume matches our requirements, you will receive a take-home assignment that you have to deliver within a few days
  • One to one with COO: If your assignment meets our criteria, you will be invited for a one hour interview with Raphaël
  • One to one with rest of founding team: If it works with Raphaël, you will meet Daniel or Louis for a final motivation / fit interview

We are looking for someone available ASAP and we can make an offer in less than 24h after the last step (as long as you prove you are truly exceptional).

Additional Information

  • Contract Type: Full-Time
  • Location: Paris
  • Possible partial remote
