About the Role

We are looking for a hands-on Vibe Developer / AI-Assisted Developer who knows how to turn ideas into functional software using modern AI-powered coding tools (Claude).

This role is not tied to a specific programming language or technology stack. We are primarily looking for someone who is highly comfortable using AI-assisted development platforms and coding environments to rapidly prototype, build, test, troubleshoot, and improve software applications.

The ideal candidate combines enough technical knowledge to understand what is happening behind the code with the ability to leverage AI to significantly accelerate development.

An important part of this position will also be working directly with the client, helping them understand the basics of coding, AI-assisted development, and how to effectively use these tools themselves.

What You'll Do

• Build functional applications, tools, prototypes, and automations from ideas or business requirements.
• Use AI-powered coding tools to accelerate software development.
• Translate non-technical ideas into practical technical solutions.
• Create prototypes quickly and iterate based on feedback.
• Review, debug, test, and improve AI-generated code rather than relying on AI output blindly.
• Work across different technologies depending on the requirements of each project.
• Help determine the appropriate tools, platforms, and technologies for new projects.
• Integrate APIs, databases, third-party services, and other systems when necessary.
• Deploy and maintain applications using cloud-based environments and services.
• Explain technical concepts in simple, practical language.
• Teach and guide the client on the fundamentals of coding and AI-assisted development.
• Show the client how to use AI coding tools effectively to build, modify, and experiment with their own projects.
• Document processes and provide guidance so the client can gradually become more independent with these tools.

What We're Looking For

• Demonstrated ability to build real, functional software projects.
• Strong experience using AI-assisted development or "vibe coding" workflows.
• Comfortable working with modern AI coding tools and development environments.
• Solid understanding of programming fundamentals, even when AI is doing part of the coding.
• Ability to read, understand, troubleshoot, and modify AI-generated code.
• Experience working with APIs, databases, integrations, and cloud-based applications.
• Comfortable learning and working across different programming languages and frameworks.
• Strong problem-solving and experimentation skills.
• Ability to take a loosely defined idea and figure out how to build it.
• Strong communication skills and patience when explaining technical concepts to non-technical users.
• Ability to teach through practical examples rather than only technical theory.

Experience with tools or platforms such as:

• Claude Code
• Cursor
• GitHub Copilot
• Replit
• Lovable
• Bolt
• Windsurf
• ChatGPT or similar AI coding assistants
• Git / GitHub
• AWS, Google Cloud, Azure, Vercel, Supabase, Firebase, or similar cloud platforms

Experience building SaaS products, internal tools, automations, web applications, or MVPs is also highly valued.

What Matters Most

We are not looking for expertise in one specific programming language.

We care more about whether you can:

Understand an idea → determine how to build it → use AI and modern development tools effectively → produce something functional → explain how you did it.

Candidates should be prepared to share examples of applications, prototypes, automations, or other projects they have personally built.
