Your New Role

• You will act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders, such as customer support, legal, risk and the Business Product Owner for business outcomes in a switch replacement program.
• Working within the business, you will form part of a specialist team where you will conduct stakeholder interviews and run workshops to understand the current and target state.
• You will elicit, analyse, and document business requirements aligned to specific business outcomes.
• You will come together as a team to refine the backlog of through prioritisation, estimation and decision making to maximise the value being delivered by ensuring all features and stories are aligned to business value.
• Whilst the role requires you to support the technology team in understanding the requirements, so they can deliver on their commitments you will also be developing requirements for non-technology solution components e.g., Business operating models, and business process solutions, that support the new technology.
• Be responsible for creating requirements as features, epics & stories
• Develop as is and to be process models, data models, business rules, target operating models, workflows, reporting and other required outputs
• Supports the Product Owner to define the business value and required outcomes. Participate in and lead workshops
• Analyse the impact of proposed solutions holistically to support the change manager with Business Impact Assessments. Support User Acceptance Testing and Business Verification testing.
  

What will you Bring

• 14+ years of experience in technology serving as a Business Analyst.
• In-depth understanding of Financial Products, processes and systems
• Understanding of Card Acquiring and Issuing.
• Creativity and simplifying complex processes and issues, problem solving and analysis
• Ability to communicate a vision to key stakeholders and teams and working with product owner to develop it into a shaped backlog of key features, epics stories and goals for individual sprints.
• Comfortable leading workshops, in a cross functional business and IT team through the discovery, development and operational usage stage of change.
• Ability to innovate, adapt and grasp new skills and content
• Ability to work closely with key stakeholders and build collaborative partnerships
• Proven analytical sills and evidence-based decision making
• Ensures Accountability, Collaboration, Customer Focus, Decision Quality, Plans and Aligns, Situational Adaptability, Cultivates Innovation, Problem solving
• Analysis and delivery experience within complex environments
• Develops and maintains a broad perspective; understands and considers issues in the context of overall market, customer, and business strategies
• Workshop and facilitation skills, Working with a diverse team
