Vice-President of Operational Excellence

Role Description This is a full-time remote role. The position involves contributing to the development, optimization, and support of our crypto derivatives trading solutions, working closely with cross-functional teams such as product, risk, and operations. Day-to-day responsibilities may include analyzing market trends, supporting the implementation of risk management practices, preparing reports and documentation, and collaborating on process improvements that enhance trading performance and client experience. The role also requires proactive communication in a distributed team setting, adherence to industry best practices, and continuous learning to keep pace with developments in digital assets and derivatives.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of cryptocurrency markets, derivatives instruments, and digital asset trading concepts.
• Experience or education in finance, mathematics, economics, computer science, or a related field.
• Ability to analyze data, interpret market information, and communicate insights clearly in writing and verbally.
• Comfort working in remote, distributed teams, with strong time management and self-organization skills.
• Familiarity with risk management principles and an interest in applying them to crypto derivatives.
• Proficiency with common office and collaboration tools; experience with trading platforms or analytics tools is a plus.
• Commitment to ethical conduct, attention to detail, and a client-focused mindset.
• Prior experience in financial services, fintech, or crypto-related roles is beneficial but not required.
