  • Together with the Transitions team, successfully bring new properties online, including planning, hiring, implementation of the Coastal Ridge operating platform, and managing through the conversion and value-add processes. Work with the Acquisitions team to provide a professional and thoughtful exit of any properties leaving the Coastal Ridge portfolio.
  • Participate in owner and partner related calls with special attention given to distressed assets.
  • Attract, retain, and inspire the best talent; grow and develop an internal pipeline to support company growth. Participate in the coaching of underperforming associates and adjust personnel to the operations team, as needed.
  • Ensure all operating and product standards are in place; identify, develop and implement product and service standards to support company objectives.
  • Assist in the development and/or improvement of site and corporate operations and participate in the discussion and decision-making process of strategic partnerships.
  • Promote the identification and sharing of best practices in all disciplines between properties, regions and product classes; and drive implementation across the organization.
  • Together with the asset management team, facilitate the completion of annual budgets, reforecasting and capital plans by the Property Managers, Regional Managers and the corporate operations team. Continue to develop a learning environment which improves upon team member’s aptitude in the drafting of annual financial budgets and ongoing financial decision making based on these plans.
  • Other duties and projects as directed and assigned.
