INNERGY is transforming the woodworking industry with purpose built, cloud based ERP software designed exclusively for custom manufacturers. Our platform helps businesses operate smarter, faster, and more efficiently while seamlessly connecting design, production, and delivery for teams creating architectural millwork, cabinetry, and casework.

What truly sets INNERGY apart is our people. Founded in 2016, we are a globally distributed team of 200 plus professionals united by deep software expertise and a shared passion for solving meaningful, real world problems. We value collaboration, creativity, and ownership, and we are intentional about building not only powerful products, but also a culture where people feel supported, heard, and inspired to do their best work.

With strong momentum and the recent acquisition of Microvellum, a trusted leader in design to manufacturing solutions for the woodworking industry, INNERGY is entering an exciting new phase of growth. This combination expands our capabilities, deepens our industry impact, and accelerates our vision of delivering a truly connected, end to end platform for custom manufacturers.

As we scale thoughtfully and bring together top talent and new perspectives, this is a unique opportunity to join a company where your work will have visible impact, your ideas will help shape decisions, and your contributions will play a meaningful role in defining the future of a fast evolving product, team, and industry.

INNERGY is looking for a Vice President of Revenue Operations to build the operating system behind our go-to-market team.

Right now, Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Finance each see part of the revenue picture. You'll bring them onto one plan, one set of numbers, and one rhythm, so everyone knows where we stand and what moves the needle. That spans the full customer lifecycle, from first conversation through implementation, renewal, and expansion.

This is a strategic seat with your sleeves rolled up. You'll turn company strategy into revenue plans, forecasts, systems, and insights the executive team can act on. One hour you're presenting to the CEO. The next, you're challenging an assumption with data or rebuilding a broken handoff in the Hubspot CRM. As we scale with Microvellum, the clarity you create becomes a real competitive edge.

What you'll own

Revenue strategy and planning

  • Partner with the CEO, CFO, CSO, and CMO leaders to turn company goals into one integrated revenue plan.
  • Lead annual and quarterly planning: capacity, territories, coverage, quotas, and resource allocation.
  • Set clear Rocks across Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success so every team knows what good looks like.
  • Build scenario models that show leadership the risks and tradeoffs before they invest, not after.
  • Own a RevOps roadmap that scales with INNERGY's growth.

Forecasting and revenue intelligence

  • Own the forecasting method and cadence, and make it something leadership trusts.
  • Give executives a clear, current view of pipeline, bookings, retention, and expansion.
  • Build dashboards that drive decisions, not just report activity.
  • Set shared metric definitions and a single source of truth.
  • Spot risks and opportunities early, and make sure someone acts on them.

GTM process and execution

  • Design the end-to-end customer lifecycle, from lead to renewal, and keep improving it.
  • Find the friction, gaps, and revenue leakage between teams, then fix them.
  • Define stages, handoffs, SLAs, and ownership so nothing falls through the cracks.
  • Help GTM leaders improve conversion, sales velocity, retention, and expansion.
  • Build process that scales without adding bureaucracy.

Systems, data, and technology

  • Own strategy and governance for the GTM tech stack: CRM, marketing automation, customer success, and analytics.
  • Make sure our systems produce data people actually trust.
  • Partner with IT and functional leaders on integrations, automation, and data governance.
  • Judge new tools by impact, adoption, and ROI, not novelty.
  • Put automation and responsible AI to work where they save real time and sharpen decisions.

Revenue performance and analytics

  • Track the full set of SaaS metrics: pipeline coverage, win rate, sales cycle, ARR, GRR, NRR, churn, CAC, and forecast accuracy.
  • Run funnel, cohort, and segmentation analysis to find where growth and efficiency are hiding.
  • Keep operational forecasts and financial planning aligned with Finance.
  • Turn analysis into clear recommendations, and follow through until they become action.

Leadership and alignment

  • Build and grow a high-performing RevOps team as we scale.
  • Set the operating rhythms that keep GTM leadership aligned and accountable.
  • Be a trusted thought partner to the executive team.
  • Bring structure to messy, cross-functional problems.
  • Balance what individual teams need.
  • 10+ years in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, GTM strategy, or Business Operations, with 5+ years leading teams at a senior level.
  • Experience scaling a B2B SaaS or recurring-revenue business, ideally through rapid growth or a merger.
  • Deep HubSpot expertise: you've owned HubSpot as the system of record for Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success, including object design, pipelines, workflows, reporting, and data hygiene.
  • Hands-on marketing operations experience, including lead scoring, lifecycle stages, attribution, campaign reporting, and the handoff from Marketing to Sales.
  • A track record owning revenue planning, forecasting, and analytics across Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success.
  • Fluency in SaaS metrics: ARR, NRR, GRR, CAC, churn, pipeline coverage, conversion, and sales productivity.
  • Strong financial modeling skills, and the ability to turn data into a clear executive recommendation.
  • Experience designing integrated GTM systems, not just running individual tools.
  • Comfort working directly with C-suite leaders and presenting complex information simply.
  • The confidence to challenge assumptions, influence without authority, and hold teams accountable across functions

Why INNERGY

We hire for how people show up, not just what’s on the resume. Here’s what that looks like day to day:

  • Voice of the Customer. It starts and ends with the woodworker. We build for the people running the saws.
  • Education. We listen, learn, and teach. Curiosity is part of the job description.
  • Agile as Hell. Fast improvement beats delayed perfection. Try it, learn, ship the better version.
  • Transparency. We share what we know, say the hard thing kindly, and earn trust the honest way.
  • Problem/Solution. We run toward problems, not around them.
  • Quality. We deliver as if we’re the ones on the receiving end.

The result is a remote team where ideas get heard, ownership is real, and good
