Description

Rankings.io is looking for a highly organized, proactive, and client-focused Video Account Manager to join our growing Video Department.

In this role, you'll serve as a key point of contact for clients, ensuring a seamless experience from onboarding through content production, approvals, publishing, and ongoing account management. You'll work closely with our internal video production, creative, and advertising teams to keep projects moving, deadlines on track, and clients informed every step of the way.

We're looking for someone who takes ownership, communicates with confidence, and doesn't wait to be told what needs to happen next. You should be comfortable managing multiple client accounts, juggling competing priorities, and following through until the job is done.

Responsibilities

Client Onboarding & Account Setup

  • Own the client onboarding process, ensuring a smooth and professional experience from day one.

  • Coordinate welcome calls, account connection meetings, and onboarding follow-ups.

  • Communicate onboarding requirements, next steps, and outstanding action items to clients.

  • Set up and maintain client accounts, project boards, and communication channels in ClickUp and Slack.

  • Coordinate account connections, securely manage client-provided credentials, and prepare standardized AI prompt documents.

  • Ensure all onboarding requirements are completed before video content is ready for publication.

Video Content Coordination & Approvals

  • Serve as the primary liaison between clients and internal teams throughout the video content review and approval process.

  • Notify clients when videos are ready for review and ensure they have access to the appropriate platforms.

  • Proactively follow up on outstanding feedback, revisions, and approvals to prevent production delays.

  • Coordinate with internal teams to initiate content publishing once approvals are received.

  • Keep clients informed of publishing timelines and confirm when their content goes live.

Paid Advertising Coordination

  • Facilitate client review and approval of video advertisements and lead generation forms.

  • Track outstanding approvals and follow up to keep advertising campaigns on schedule.

  • Communicate campaign launch updates and coordinate post-launch check-in calls.

  • Partner with internal advertising teams to ensure client requests, feedback, and next steps are clearly communicated.

Ongoing Client Account Management

  • Manage day-to-day client communications through Slack, email, and scheduled meetings.

  • Build strong client relationships through responsiveness, professionalism, and consistent follow-through.

  • Prepare client meeting notes, document action items, and communicate important updates to internal stakeholders.

  • Maintain accurate project timelines, client deliverables, upcoming shoot dates, and account information in ClickUp.

  • Proactively identify potential delays, outstanding client needs, and opportunities to improve the client experience.

  • Coordinate across departments to ensure client expectations are understood and deliverables remain on track.

Account Status & Offboarding

  • Maintain accurate client account statuses, including onboarding, active, offboarding, and inactive accounts.

  • Coordinate client offboarding requests and communicate necessary next steps to internal teams.

  • Track offboarding deliverables and ensure all outstanding requirements are completed.

Requirements

  • Experience in account management, client success, project coordination, or a similar client-facing role.

  • Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple client accounts and deadlines simultaneously.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with confidence communicating directly with clients.

  • A proactive, solutions-oriented mindset with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.

  • Ability to follow up consistently, manage competing priorities, and keep projects moving without constant oversight.

  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining accurate client records and project documentation.

  • Comfort working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment with multiple internal stakeholders.

  • Experience with project management platforms such as Monday, Asana, ClickUp, or similar tools.

  • Proficiency with Slack, email, and virtual meeting platforms.

Nice to Have

  • Experience working at a digital marketing agency, video production company, or creative agency.

  • Familiarity with video production workflows, content approval processes, and social media publishing.

  • Exposure to paid digital advertising campaigns and lead generation.

  • Experience managing multiple client accounts simultaneously.

  • Familiarity with the legal marketing industry.

Benefits

  • Salary Range of $60k - $70k

  • Fully Remote

  • Unlimited PTO

  • $100 Wellness Reimbursement Program

  • Quarterly training stipend for Professional Development

  • 401(k) with 3% Employer match (Safe Harbor)
