Video Content & Marketing Internship

Location: Netherlands - remote or hybrid

We are looking for 3–4 creative, proactive interns to help create engaging, professional content for WestPharmacy.eu

Your mission

Help WestPharmacy.eu become more visible, relevant and trusted on social media. You will create authentic short-form video content about active lifestyles, dietary supplements, beauty and everyday life.

This internship is ideal for someone who enjoys being on camera, is comfortable trying new ideas and wants hands-on experience in content creation and marketing. You will have the opportunity to develop your own creative style while building a portfolio of work published on real brand channels.

Our team is active, open and collaborative. We enjoy talking not only about work, but also about sport, health and everyday lifestyle.

What you will do

· Film and create Reels, TikToks, YouTube Shorts and other short-form videos.

· Appear in content while exercising, enjoying active time, trying products, or discussing supplements and beauty products.

· Develop authentic content ideas around everyday life, sport, wellbeing and lifestyle.

· Support communication across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook and other channels.

· Propose, test and develop new content series and formats.

· Track views and engagement, and help identify which content resonates with the audience.

· Contribute ideas for campaigns and product launches.

· Optionally contribute written content if you have strong writing skills and are interested in doing so.

We communicate responsibly about health and supplements: creativity always goes hand in hand with accurate, reliable information.

What you will learn

· How to take a short-form video idea from concept to publication.

· Filming with a phone and speaking naturally on camera.

· Content principles for Reels, TikTok and other social platforms.

· Video editing in CapCut, Canva or similar tools.

· How to spot social-media trends and adapt them to a brand.

· How to assess content performance through views, engagement and audience feedback.

· Fundamentals of marketing and brand communication.

· How to present ideas, work independently and collaborate in a fast-growing team.

What we are looking for

· You are currently studying, or have recently graduated, in marketing, communication, creative industries, sport, wellness, design or a related field.

· You can arrange the internship through your university or college under a three-party agreement. This is a mandatory requirement.

· You are confident, proactive and comfortable filming yourself and speaking on camera.

· You are interested in sport, active lifestyles, beauty, dietary supplements or everyday-life content.

· You already create, or are eager to learn to create, Reels, TikToks and other short-form videos.

· Basic experience with CapCut, Canva or similar tools is an advantage.

· You are reliable and follow through on commitments.

Content rights

Before the internship begins, we will agree in writing, through the internship and/or confidentiality agreement, how content you create and your image or likeness may be used on public channels.
