Show job description

We're looking for a creative and hands-on Video & Creative Producer who knows how to turn ideas, products and real-life moments into content people actually want to watch.

Logistics? Maybe not what you dreamed of as a kid. But building a fast-growing international SaaS scale-up that’s transforming how some of the world’s largest industrial companies operate? That’s a different story.

Peripass is a tech company at heart. We build software that digitises and automates complex logistics environments for companies like Bridgestone, Alpro and Arcelor Mittal. These companies have hundreds of trucks (un)loading every month, and our SaaS platform helps them orchestrate that whole process. Peripass is a high-impact SaaS platform used in international enterprise environments.

As our Product Marketing Manager, you sit at the intersection of Product, Sales, Customer Success and Marketing. You help us understand the market, translate product capabilities into clear customer value, and make sure our innovations actually land with the right audiences.

As our Video & Creative Producer, you'll become the go-to person for video, animation and visual storytelling across Peripass. You'll turn customer stories, product capabilities, events, webinars and spontaneous moments into content that makes Peripass easier to understand, more human and more memorable. You'll own productions from the first rough idea through filming, editing, animation and final delivery. Sometimes that means creating a polished product explainer. Sometimes you'll be filming a customer story on location, interviewing people at a trade show or walking around the office looking for a story we hadn't planned yet. You'll be involved early, working together with the Marketing team to figure out what story we want to tell and the best way to tell it.

Key responsibilities

  • You own the full video production process, from concept and storyboard through filming, editing, sound, motion graphics, animation and final delivery.

  • You work closely with Field Marketing, Product Marketing and the wider Marketing team to shape the story, creative concept and format behind each production.

  • You create customer stories and our Stories from the Yard series, travelling to customer locations to capture real operations, interview people and turn raw footage into compelling stories.

  • You bring our product to life visually, translating sometimes complex SaaS concepts and new product capabilities into clear product videos, software explainers and animations.

  • You support our presence at trade shows and events by creating teasers, interviews, social-first videos, behind-the-scenes content and aftermovies before, during and after the event.

  • You own the video production side of our webinars and internal webinar studio, including camera setup, lighting, sound, recording, editing and repurposing. And yes, we have a dedicated professional studio with the equipment to make it happen.

  • You create both polished brand content and quick, authentic social content, understanding when a production needs high-end execution and when the moment calls for something fast and real.

  • You repurpose long-form productions into content for different channels and formats, turning webinars, interviews and customer stories into clips for LinkedIn, our website, sales, events and campaigns.

  • You proactively spot stories and creative opportunities across Peripass rather than waiting for someone to hand you a brief. That might mean walking around the office with a camera, asking colleagues questions or capturing an unexpected moment at an event.

  • You manage our video equipment, production workflow and footage library, keeping assets structured and continuously improving how we produce video.

  • You keep exploring what's next in creative production, including AI video and emerging creative tools, and experiment with formats that help us stand out rather than simply copying what every other B2B SaaS company is doing.

What we offer

  • A role with visible creative impact: your work will shape how customers, prospects and future colleagues experience and understand Peripass.

  • The opportunity to become the go-to person for video and animation at Peripass and build our approach to video together with the Marketing team.

  • A highly dynamic environment where no two weeks look the same. One week you might be filming at a customer yard, the next creating a product animation or capturing content at an international trade show.

  • Plenty of creative ownership. We won't just give you a storyboard and ask you to execute it. You'll help decide what the story is, what format works and how we can make it memorable.

  • A broad creative playground across customer storytelling, product marketing, events, webinars, social media and employer branding.

  • The equipment and professional in-house webinar studio to turn ideas into high-quality productions.

  • The freedom to experiment with new formats, AI video and creative technologies and help us continuously improve how Peripass tells its stories.

  • A cheerful bunch of colleagues who are all making the success story of Peripass, day after day, milestone after milestone, and joke after joke.

  • A solid salary package with great benefits.

Come on, blow us away with your credentials! 💥

  • You have solid hands-on experience in video production and can independently take a project from idea to final delivery.

  • You know how to shoot, light and edit professional video, with a strong eye for framing, sound, pacing and visual storytelling.

  • You're experienced with editing tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, Final Cut Pro or equivalent.

  • You can create motion graphics and animations, ideally using After Effects or similar tools, including product and software explainers.

  • You're creative, outgoing and curious, and comfortable interviewing, directing and approaching customers, colleagues and people at events.

  • You can switch between polished brand productions and fast, authentic social content, adapting content to different channels and formats.

  • You take ownership and can turn an objective or rough idea into a strong creative concept without needing a fully worked-out brief.

  • You're curious about AI video and emerging creative tools and like experimenting with new formats and technologies.

  • Experience with photography, advanced 2D/3D animation, multi-camera or livestream production, or drone filming is a plus.
