Location: Remote / Work From Home

Working Hours: 11:00 AM – 7:00 PM, Monday–Saturday

Salary: PKR 55,000/month

About the Role

We are looking for a Video Editor to join our content team and help us scale our Facebook video production.

The editor will receive researched and organized raw footage from our Video Researcher and will be responsible for turning that footage into engaging, fast-paced videos based on our creative direction.

This setup allows the editor to focus entirely on editing, storytelling and execution, rather than spending hours searching for footage.

Key Responsibilities

* Edit short-form videos for Facebook and other social media platforms.

* Work with raw footage provided by our research team.

* Follow creative briefs, references and editing direction.

* Create engaging, fast-paced edits that maintain audience attention.

* Select and arrange footage to effectively support the story.

* Add appropriate transitions, text, captions, graphics, sound effects and music.

* Ensure strong pacing, visual flow and storytelling.

* Adapt editing style according to different niches, including celebrities, history, current affairs and viral content.

* Make revisions based on feedback from the content team.

* Consistently meet daily production deadlines.

* Deliver at least 2 completed videos per day.

* Maintain consistency in editing style, quality and branding across videos.

What We’re Looking For

* Proven experience as a Video Editor, preferably in social media content.

* Strong command of video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut, DaVinci Resolve or similar.

* Strong understanding of short-form content and social media editing.

* Excellent sense of pacing, storytelling and visual composition.

* Ability to turn raw footage into an engaging narrative.

* Good understanding of captions, sound design, music and visual effects.

* Ability to follow a specific creative direction while also bringing your own editing judgment.

* Strong attention to detail.

* Ability to work quickly without compromising quality.

* Comfortable working with daily deadlines and producing multiple videos consistently.

What You’ll Get

Our Video Researcher will provide the raw footage, allowing you to focus on what you do best — editing and storytelling.

You will also receive clear direction and references for the style and format expected.

Compensation

Starting salary: PKR 55,000/month

There is flexibility depending on the candidate’s experience, editing skills and portfolio.
