About Us

Etsoc LLC is a fast-growing e-commerce company. We run a high-volume content engine producing short-form video ads, and we're looking for skilled video editors to join our creative teams.

What You'll Do

• Create short-form, scroll-stopping video ads (UGC-style content)
• Work closely with creative strategists to turn scripts/raw footage into high-performing ad creative
• Keep up with fast-moving trends in short-form video and e-commerce advertising
• Manage a steady volume of edits with quick turnaround times
• Collaborate with the team on hooks, pacing, and iteration based on ad performance data

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience editing short-form video content (UGC-style ads)
• Strong sense of pacing, hooks, and what keeps viewers watching
• Comfortable with tools like CapCut and Google Flow
• Able to work independently and hit deadlines consistently
• Bonus: experience with performance-driven/DTC advertising
