Profile Requirements: Min 2.5 Years of Proven Experience as a Video Editor, Storytelling Editor, Content Creator, or similar creative role Strong proficiency with Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator, Adobe Media Encoder, and the Adobe Creative Suite Experience using Monday.com or similar project management platforms Exceptional storytelling ability with a strong understanding of emotional pacing, narrative structure, and audience engagement Experience editing interviews, documentary-style content, promotional videos, testimonials, and social media content Experience creating videos for YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and other digital platforms Strong skills in motion graphics, color correction, audio editing, caption creation, and visual branding Experience creating platform-specific content in multiple aspect ratios and video lengths Familiarity with Canva, ChatGPT, AI-assisted editing tools, and caption generation software is a plus Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple editing projects and meet deadlines Strong written and verbal communication skills Creative mindset with a passion for meaningful storytelling and continuous improvement Prefer candidates who are proficient with Mac OS. The device does not need to be brand new, but should be a Core responsibilities: Edit emotionally engaging storytelling videos that showcase the organization's impact and mission Transform raw footage into polished, compelling stories that connect with audiences Edit interviews with children, families, volunteers, corporate partners, and supporters Create promotional videos highlighting fundraising events, community initiatives, and organizational milestones Develop engaging content for YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, and other social media platforms Repurpose long-form footage into multiple short-form videos, reels, and social media clips Follow established brand guidelines, editing styles, intros, outros, transitions, and storytelling formats Create professional captions, subtitles, lower thirds, callouts, and motion graphics Incorporate music, sound design, color correction, and visual effects to enhance storytelling Design and integrate branded graphics, logos, animations, and visual elements Organize and manage large libraries of video footage and digital assets Collaborate with leadership to plan content calendars and prioritize video production schedules Edit content in platform-specific formats, lengths, and aspect ratios for optimal performance Deliver final videos that are fully edited, branded, and ready for immediate publication Maintain consistency across all video content while continuously improving production quality Review performance metrics and recommend improvements for future storytelling content Stay current with video editing techniques, social media trends, and emerging creative technologies Assist with general promotional content and campaign videos that support fundraising, awareness, and community engagement Benefits: Competitive salary Opportunity to shape the HR function of a rapidly growing BPO.
