Paid per project. Monthly earnings depend on project volume, video length and quality.

ABOUT EZ EDITS

EZ Edits is a remote-first YouTube video editing and content production agency. We edit long-form videos and Shorts for real estate professionals and content creators in North America.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

- Edit long-form YouTube videos and short-form content (Shorts / Reels)

- Add captions, b-roll, sound design and simple motion graphics

- Follow our step-by-step editing guides (SOPs) so every video meets the same standard

- Upload finished videos and handle client revisions quickly

- Track your projects and deadlines in ClickUp

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

- Strong editing skills in Premiere Pro

- A portfolio of YouTube-style edits (long-form and/or Shorts)

- Good eye for pacing, retention and storytelling

- Clear written and spoken English

- Reliable internet and your own editing setup

- Comfortable with Google Drive, Frame.io and ClickUp (or quick to learn)

HOW IT WORKS

- Independent contractor role, paid per project in CAD, deposited in PKR

- Monthly invoicing

- Reachable during 6:00 AM – 2:00 PM Toronto time (about 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM PKT)

- Work from anywhere, on your own setup, as long as deadlines and quality are met

- Performance-based growth: consistent quality leads to more projects and higher rates
