Video Editor

HIRING: SENIOR VIDEO EDITOR (REMOTE) 🎬

I'm not looking for an average video editor. I'm looking for a visual storyteller.

Someone who understands that great editing isn't just about cuts, transitions or fancy effects.

It's about knowing when to cut, when to let a visual breathe, how to build a story through B-rolls, and how to blend music and sound design to make people FEEL something.

I'm a full-time content creator, building content around sneakers, fashion, collectibles, travel and culture.

I already have two editors on my team, and I'm now looking for an experienced Senior Video Editor who can independently take ownership of my video projects.

WHAT I'M LOOKING FOR:

🎬 Strong storytelling instincts and creative vision.

🎧 Exceptional understanding of music selection, sound design and pacing.

🎥 Ability to turn raw footage and B-rolls into compelling, cinematic stories.

💡 Someone who brings ideas to the table rather than just following instructions.

🤝 Reliable, disciplined and committed to long-term growth.

WHAT'S ON OFFER:

✅ Full-time, 100% remote role.

✅ Creative independence and ownership of projects.

✅ Opportunity to work across YouTube, Instagram and multiple content formats.

✅ Long-term opportunity to grow with one creator and one vision.

💰 I'm happy to pay a premium for the right talent. Quality matters more to me than finding the cheapest editor.

HOW TO APPLY:

Before reaching out, please spend some time watching my content on Smart Kicks (YouTube & Instagram).

If you believe your editing style aligns with my genre of work, send me a DM with your best 2–3 work samples.

Please don't send generic showreels. I want to see actual projects that demonstrate your storytelling abilities.

I'm looking for someone who doesn't just edit videos but makes them worth watching.
