Contract · Mid-Senior level · Remote — anywhere in Argentina; team hubs in Buenos Aires, Rosario & Tres Ríos

Video Editor — Full-Time Contract, Argentina (remote, any location). Work inside a content pipeline spanning multiple brands within our international football business. What you cut won't sit in one lane — the same underlying content gets reformatted across broadcast, vertical video, social media, and everything in between. We're open to candidates anywhere in Argentina; our teams are based in Buenos Aires, Rosario, and Tres Ríos.

You'll need real fluency in Adobe's tools (Premiere Pro, ideally After Effects) alongside modern AI-assisted editing tools — this pipeline leans on both to keep output moving at the pace multiple brands and formats require.

What you'll work on

• Multi-format editing — cutting the same underlying footage for broadcast, vertical/social video, and everything in between, not one house style
• Multi-brand pipeline — working across multiple brands' content at once, adapting tone, pacing, and format without losing consistency
• AI-assisted editing workflows — using AI tools alongside traditional NLE work for rough cuts, reformatting, and captioning
• High-volume turnaround — keeping a content pipeline moving across multiple brands and formats on a consistent cadence
• Platform-specific cuts — treating a broadcast cut and a vertical/social cut as different edits, not the same footage with different crop ratios

What we're looking for

• Strong hands-on fluency with Adobe's video editing suite (Premiere Pro at minimum; After Effects a plus)
• Real, practical experience with AI-assisted video/editing tools inside an actual production workflow
• Experience editing for multiple output formats — broadcast-style long-form and vertical/social-first video
• Comfortable working across multiple brands or clients at once
• Strong eye for pacing and story, and for what actually works on each platform
• Reliable, fast turnaround under real deadlines
• Professional fluency in Spanish; working proficiency in English for cross-team collaboration
• A genuine interest in football — you don't need deep tactical fluency, just real interest in the sport at the center of the brands you're cutting for

Nice to have

Football fluency — deep knowledge of leagues, tactics, or football culture; motion graphics or basic animation skills (After Effects); experience with color grading; a reel showing range across formats — broadcast, social, vertical.
