Video Editor | Hybrid Set-up in Nuvali, Laguna (4 days on-site and 1 day wfh) Job Description The Video Editor is responsible for creating engaging video content for our social media platforms. This role brings the brand to life through visually compelling and shareable videos. Responsibilities: Edit and produce short, engaging reels (15-60 seconds) optimized for Instagram and Facebook. Trim, add transitions, effects, and captions to reels to match our brand style and ensure a cohesive look and feel. Edit and produce videos up to 2-3 minutes for IG, Facebook, or promotional content. Provide scripting support and assistance with video concepts. Edit sound and add background music or sound effects as needed. Incorporate brand-specific animations or logos into videos to enhance visual appeal. Collaborate with the marketing team to understand campaign objectives and develop video concepts that resonate with our target audience. Stay up-to-date on video editing trends and best practices. Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in video editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, etc.) Soft Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong conflict resolution and problem-solving abilities Creative mindset and the ability to think on your feet Qualifications: Experience editing short-form video content for social media platforms Excellent understanding of video storytelling and pacing Ability to create visually appealing and engaging videos Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines A passion for video production and storytelling
