On this occasion, we are managing the recruitment process on behalf of Zurich Duo , who are looking to strengthen their team with a new addition to cover this position. Our role is to lead the selection process, identifying and assessing candidates whose experience, skills, and profile best match the requirements of the position and the needs of Zurich Duo. Therefore, while we are managing the recruitment and selection process, the successful candidate will join Zurich Duo directly and the position will be within the Zurich Duo team . We are looking for a Video Editor & Motion Designer with 2 to 4 years of experience to join and strengthen our Marketing & Communications team. We’re looking for someone with strong technical editing skills, a genuine passion for audiovisual content, a creative mindset, and a curiosity for exploring new ways of communicating through video, design, and AI-powered tools . You’ll work in a dynamic and collaborative environment , partnering with different teams and contributing to projects that bring together creativity, innovation, and brand strategy . This is an opportunity to play an active role in shaping how Zurich Duo communicates and connects with its audiences through engaging and impactful visual content. What will your mission be? You will be responsible for the creation and adaptation of audiovisual content across different digital channels , helping to strengthen the brand’s presence and build a stronger connection with our audiences through innovative, relevant, and engaging formats . What are we looking for? 2–4 years of experience in video editing, graphic design, audiovisual production, or digital content creation, ideally within a creative or marketing agency . Strong understanding of digital video and static formats , with the ability to adapt content across different platforms and channels. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud , particularly Photoshop, Premiere Pro, After Effects, and Illustrator . Experience creating content for social media , with hands-on experience using CapCut . Familiarity with AI-powered content creation tools such as Banana Pro, Midjourney, Adobe Firefly, Sora , or similar is a plus. A genuine passion for content creation and a strong interest in emerging trends in digital communication. Ability to turn ideas into engaging, effective audiovisual content . Strong visual sensibility and confidence in image composition and visual storytelling. Proactive, organised, and detail-oriented , with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously. Strong collaboration skills and the ability to work effectively with different teams and stakeholders. B2 level of English or higher . You’ll be part of an international environment where some meetings, training sessions, and collaborations may take place in English. Responsabilities Edit and produce audiovisual content for different digital channels and social media platforms. Create motion graphics and animations that add dynamism and value to our content. Adapt content to different formats, platforms, and communication needs. Develop multiple versions of the same asset based on specific objectives, channels, and target audiences. Collaborate in the conceptualisation and execution of marketing and communication campaigns . Contribute to the creation of content for social media, digital campaigns, and brand activations . Identify emerging trends and content opportunities to keep our communication fresh and relevant. Explore and apply AI-powered tools to optimise creative workflows and audiovisual production processes. Provide occasional support with filming and content production when required. Technical Skills Advanced proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro . Solid knowledge of Adobe After Effects . Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator . Experience using CapCut and other editing tools for social media content . Strong understanding of audiovisual formats for digital platforms and social media . Basic knowledge of filming, lighting, and sound . Familiarity with AI-powered tools for content creation and audiovisual production . Good understanding of platform-specific trends and formats , particularly for Instagram and TikTok . Nice to have Previous experience working in communication, marketing, or advertising agencies . Experience shooting content with smartphones and/or professional cameras . Knowledge of branding and visual communication .
