Role Description The Video Editor will support B2B Better’s podcast marketing work by transforming recorded podcast episodes into engaging video content for various digital platforms. This contract, remote role involves editing long-form and short-form video assets, syncing audio and video, adding graphics and motion elements, and preparing content for social media and other marketing channels. Day-to-day tasks include trimming and arranging clips, adjusting pacing, applying color grading, and ensuring consistent visual branding across projects. The Video Editor will collaborate closely with producers and marketers to interpret creative briefs, optimize content for audience engagement, and deliver polished, on-brand video assets on deadline.
Qualifications

• Strong skills in video production and video editing for podcast or interview-style content.
• Proficiency in video color grading to maintain consistent visual quality across episodes.
• Ability to create and integrate motion graphics and static graphics into video content.
• Experience with professional editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve).
• Understanding of social media video formats and best practices for platforms such as LinkedIn, YouTube, and Instagram.
• Excellent attention to detail, organization, and time management in a remote, deadline-driven environment.
• Strong communication skills and ability to follow creative direction while contributing ideas.
• Prior experience working with B2B brands, podcasts, or marketing agencies is a plus.
