The Role

We’re hiring a short-form video editor in Argentina to produce scroll-stopping ad reels at volume. You’ll turn briefs and raw footage into paid-social creative that hooks instantly and holds to the end - using deep mastery of AI editing tools to move faster and push the work further than a traditional workflow allows, while keeping every frame on-brand.

What You’ll Do

Short-Form Editing & Production

• Edit short-form ad reels for TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and Meta paid social - built for hooks, pacing, and retention.
• Cut multiple variations per concept so creative can be tested at volume.
• Own sound design, captions/subtitles, motion graphics, and color to a premium standard.
• Use AI tools to generate images, animate images into videos using AI, Generate voice over, upscaling, auto-captioning, script-to-video to accelerate output and expand creative range.
• Use Node based AI image/video generation tools:
• Magnific
• Higgsfield
• Vizcom
• Stay on top of new AI editing tools and fold the best of them into the pipeline.
• Build reusable templates, presets, and prompt libraries for speed and consistency.

Brand & Collaboration

• Keep every deliverable on Residence Supply’s premium, Architectural Digest-worthy aesthetic.
• Work from briefs by the creative strategist and marketing team; manage assets, versioning, and on-time delivery.

What We’re Looking For

• A strong portfolio of short-form video, ideally ad or direct-response creative for paid social.
• Mastery of an editing stack such as Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, or CapCut.
• Hands-on fluency with AI video/audio tools and a habit of adopting new ones quickly.
• An instinct for hooks, pacing, and retention - you know why a reel works or doesn’t.
• Comfort producing at high volume with fast, reliable turnaround.
• Sharp attention to detail and brand consistency.
• Solid written and verbal English, and the self-discipline to thrive working remotely.
• Based in Argentina and able to overlap US business hours.

Bonus Points

• Experience with DTC / e-commerce or performance (direct-response) creative.
• Motion design or basic graphic-design chops.
• Familiarity with paid-social metrics (thumb-stop rate, hold rate, CTR, ROAS).

The Details

• Location: Remote, based in Argentina.
• Schedule: Full-time, minimum 40 hours/week; overlap 11:00 AM–7:30 PM EST (approx. 1:00–9:30 PM Argentina time).
• Time off: 10 days paid time off per year.
• Tools: Hours logged via Hubstaff; dedicated remote workspace expected.
