The role:

We're hiring a video editor for short-form content — Reels, Shorts, and creator collabs. Most of what you'll cut flows from stock-market and trading content, so you need to actually understand the subject, not just push clips around a timeline. This isn't clean-cuts-synced-to-music work; we need edits that hook in the first 2 seconds and hold attention to the end.

What you'll do:

Cut raw creator footage into punchy short-form finance videos. Build strong hooks and tight pacing. Add captions, light motion graphics, and sound design. Turn edits around fast, with few revision rounds.

You're a fit if you:

Are fluent in Premiere Pro / After Effects (or CapCut for short-form), understand retention editing for Reels and Shorts, have real knowledge of the stock market (you follow markets, understand charts/trading, and can edit finance content without needing every term explained), understand how pages grow from scratch (hooks, formats, and what makes short-form content actually spread), and work fast and independently without hand-holding.

Non-negotiable: No portfolio, no reply. Send work, not a résumé. Bonus points if any of it is finance or markets content.

How to apply

Send your portfolio plus 2 short-form edits you're proud of. For each, tell me the view/retention numbers and what you did to drive them. If you can't talk about performance, you're not the editor we're looking for.

• Compensation: up to ₹20,000/month, based on skill. Remote / Jaipur.
