Our photobiomodulation technology is backed by scientific research, guided by a Scientific Advisory Board of globally recognized surgeons, and in use across 30+ international markets. We're building the Intelligent Recovery Platform™ and expanding across the Middle East through our subsidiaries in Egypt and Saudi Arabia. We're looking for someone to own how that story looks and sounds on screen.

About the Role

This is an ownership role, not a support role. It is fully remote and based in Egypt. You'll own the full post-production pipeline, from receiving raw footage shot by our US and regional teams to delivering polished, platform-ready video for web, social, events, and paid campaigns. That covers editing, motion design, color, audio, and the media library behind it all. Our content is produced in English for our global audience and in Arabic for the Middle Eastern market, so this role requires someone fully bilingual who can edit, write on-screen text, and judge tone in both languages. Your audience is sophisticated: board-certified plastic surgeons, practice managers, and aesthetic professionals who can spot generic medical marketing instantly. We're looking for someone who has already produced premium brand video, can show the work, and can deliver independently across time zones.

What You'll Own

• Editing and post-production (40%): Turn raw footage into compelling, high-quality videos, including surgeon testimonials, clinical explainers, event recaps, social content, and internal training. Own the edit from first assembly to final delivery.
• Motion design and animation (25%): Create animated product explainers, lower thirds, intro and outro sequences, and graphic treatments in After Effects. Incorporate medical illustrations, diagrams, and data visualizations where needed.
• Color, audio, and finishing (15%): Color grade for a cinematic, brand-consistent look. Mix and clean audio so every deliverable sounds professional.
• Media library and templates (10%): Maintain a structured, searchable media library with clean naming and version control. Build reusable templates, presets, and style guides that speed up production.
• Bilingual content and localization (10%): Deliver video in English for global channels and in Arabic for the Middle Eastern market. Create Arabic versions of global ELIXIR MD INC content, including titles, captions, subtitles, and on-screen graphics, adapted for Egyptian and Gulf audiences rather than translated word for word. With reasonable notice, support shoots, surgeon interviews, and events in person in the region.
• Cross-functional partnership: Work remotely with Marketing, Product, and Clinical Affairs in Irvine and with subsidiary leadership to align video with product launches, congresses, and campaigns. Keep all claims accurate and compliant in each market.

Required Qualifications

• 3–6 years of professional video editing experience (agency, in-house, or freelance)
• Fully bilingual in Arabic and English, with excellent written and spoken command of both, including the ability to edit interviews, write captions, and take feedback from marketing, medical, and executive stakeholders in either language
• Portfolio or reel that includes work in both English and Arabic, demonstrating short-form social edits (15–60 seconds), story-driven brand or product videos, and motion graphics or animated explainers
• Expert-level proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects, with working proficiency in Photoshop and Illustrator
• Strong sense of pacing, visual composition, and narrative flow
• Ability to translate complex clinical and technical topics into accurate, engaging visual stories
• Meticulous file management, version control, and naming conventions
• Proven ability to work remotely with an international team, with reliable high-speed internet, a dedicated workspace, and a workstation capable of handling 4K footage
• Self-directed and organized, able to run multiple projects simultaneously with minimal day-to-day supervision

Preferred Qualifications

• Healthcare, medical device, aesthetics, or plastic surgery video experience
• Experience producing content for Egyptian and Gulf audiences
• Experience with Arabic typography and right-to-left motion graphics in After Effects
• Hands-on camera, lighting, and audio experience for interviews and events
• DaVinci Resolve, Cinema 4D or other 3D skills, or Procreate for quick illustrative assets
• Experience using AI tools to speed up editing, captioning, and versioning

Competitive monthly base salary paid in USD, plus a performance-based bonus. In addition, ELIXIR MD INC offers:

Growth

As performance is demonstrated, this role can expand into greater ownership of video and motion across the region, including creative direction, campaign leadership, and management of freelance editors and production resources. It has a path toward senior creative roles across the Middle East. Compensation is reviewed periodically based on performance, judgment, reliability, and business needs. Advancement and increases are not guaranteed.

Work Environment

Full-time, fully remote from Egypt. Your schedule will include at least four hours of daily overlap with our Irvine, California team (Pacific Time) for meetings and reviews. Expect occasional evening or weekend work around product launches, campaigns, and industry events. On occasion, and with reasonable notice, you may be asked to support events, shoots, or congresses in person in Egypt or Saudi Arabia.
