Position Overview

You'll report directly to the CEO and sit alongside our other department heads (Static, Ops, Client Management, HR). You start from zero: no editors, no process, no team. Your job is to turn a proven offer into a division that runs without the CEO in the loop.

Early on you'll be hands-on, briefing and shipping the first videos with freelancers while you hire. Within months, you should be running a team and a repeatable production system.

What you'll produce

Performance video ads for Meta, across four formats:

• UGC videos with content creators
• Raw talking-head ("yapping") videos
• AI-produced animated videos
• B-roll mashups

This is performance creative, not brand film. Hook-first, fast iteration, judged on results.

What you'll own

• Writing and standardizing video briefs that perform
• Building the team: video editors, strategists, and as we grow, likely a project manager and a creator network
• Production process: intake, briefing, review, QA, delivery, and capacity planning
• Quality bar and creative direction across all four formats
• Client-facing ownership of video work, alongside our client management team
• Coordination with the Static team so video and static creative reinforce each other

Must-haves

• You've written video briefs that produced high-performing ads, and can show them
• You've managed content creators, editors and/or strategists, or can clearly demonstrate you know how
• Hands-on experience producing video ads with AI video tools
• Experience with the US market and US DTC brands
• Strong written and spoken English
• Comfortable building from scratch: you want to design the machine, not inherit one

Nice-to-haves

• Hands-on editing skills (Premiere, CapCut or similar)
• An existing network of UGC creators
• Prior experience launching a service line or team inside an agency
