About the Role: WPP Production is seeking a dynamic, versatile, and highly organized Video Production Intern to join our dedicated adaptations team for a leading global beverage client. This is a unique role for a young professional who is eager to manage a complex media plan as they are editing and animating in the Adobe Suite. This role requires a perfect blend of technical skills, creative sensibility, and communication. A high level of proficiency in English is essential , as all Interactions with our international teams and account managers are conducted in this language. What You'll Learn To Do: Receive and interpret complex media plan briefs from our Account Managers (AMs)/ Producers. Take ownership of projects from brief to final delivery, acting as the central point of contact. Handle project budgeting, create estimates, and track all deliverables within our internal project management systems. Coordinate with our partner sound studios and other third-party vendors, managing briefs, budgets, and timelines. Plan and schedule project workflows, ensuring all deadlines are met. Collaborate effectively within our agile workflow, working directly with AMs and other team members across Europe. Execute high-quality video edits in Adobe Premiere Pro , adapting master campaign materials for specific markets. Create and adapt motion graphics in Adobe After Effects , localizing on-screen text, end-frames, and other creative elements. Manage project media, including media ingest and the creation of master project setups. You will be expected to structure these projects intelligently to facilitate adaptation across different markets, leveraging automation tools (like Versioneer, Assemble, etc.) to efficiently manage the creation of a high volume of deliverables in short timeframes. Handle the technical aspects of exporting final assets, ensuring they meet precise specifications for TV, Cinema, and Digital platforms. Who You Are: We are looking for young professionals, final-year students, or fresh graduates who are willing to embrace change and new ways of working and eager to work collaboratively with any stakeholder. Editing skills: You have experience in video editing/motion graphics using the Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Media Encoder). Fluent in English: You possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, enabling you to collaborate effectively with our international teams. Extremely Organized: You thrive on structure. Good Communicator: You are comfortable working in a fast-paced, international team environment and can communicate clearly with both creative and account-focused colleagues. Detail-Oriented: You understand that in adaptations, the details are everything. What We offer: Paid 3-to-6-month internship, with the possibility of transitioning into a permanent, full-time role. Full-time schedule (10:00 – 19:00, including a one-hour lunch break). Hybrid work model (4 days at the office, 1 day remote).
