Videogames Customer Service (Portuguese, WRITTEN SUPPORT)

Due to COVID-19, we are currently offering TEMPORARY remote positions and you must be available to come to work in our office when the project requires it. Keywords Studios Mexico is looking for customer service representatives for written support - NO CALLS. POSITION SUMMARY: This is for candidate pooling purposes. We do not have a current project we are recruiting for at the moment; however, we will consider all candidates who apply to this posting for future opportunities. Player Support communicates with with players and solves their problems, such as lost accounts or questions regarding details, and provides excellent customer service (through chats, emails and tickets). Strong written and verbal communication skills in English. Strong written and verbal communication skills in Portuguese. Ability to multi-task. Ability to easily adapt in a constant evolution environment Excellent customer service skills Ability to actively listen to instructions and execute tasks communicated. Full-time availability High School Diploma preferred but not required. Living in Mexico City or Estado de Mexico. Salary: $18,000.00 gross (before taxes) Law Benefits. 2 days off. Career path.
