Is this job info correct?

About Lyra Lyra Clinical Associates partners with Lyra Health, a leading provider of evidence-based mental health care, serving more than 20 million people globally in partnership with employers and more than 100 million through health plan and partner relationships. The company has delivered more than 15 million sessions of mental health care, published more than 35 peer-reviewed studies, and delivered unmatched outcomes in terms of access, clinical effectiveness, and cost efficiency. Lyra members have access to care in one day, and nine out of ten improve with the support of providers like you. Lyra is transforming access to life-changing mental health care through Lyra Empower, the only fully integrated, AI-powered platform combining the highest-quality care and technology solutions. You will be employed by Lyra Clinical Associates. About the Role We are looking for an experienced mental health clinician and leader with a passion for clinical care, quality, supervision, and management to serve as a clinical quality supervisor for our Pediatric virtual Intensive Outpatient Program (vIOP), an accelerated, comprehensive care experience that helps young people ages 7 to 25 feel better quickly from the comfort of home. The pediatric vIOP is a critical service for acute patients who need more than traditional, once-a-week therapy. This program is a critical component of our full-spectrum of care services. It not only helps to avoid re-hospitalization, but its availability within our services ensures these members have direct access to our core coaching, therapy, and psychiatry services once they are stabilized. As a vIOP Clinical Quality Supervisor you will spend half the time delivering direct client care and half the time providing management oversight and clinical supervision to vIOP Associate Social Worker (ASW) therapists. Direct client care: You will provide time-limited, evidence-based treatment via telehealth. You’ll conduct individual, family, and group skills training sessions, maintaining a caseload of diverse and varied clinical needs. You’ll conduct psych urgent care individual sessions as needed, which consists of risk and safety assessments and developing stabilization plans. An important note: Clients come from a multitude of different backgrounds and experiences, and have varying needs and abilities. We strive to continue to meet their unique needs by delivering culturally responsive care–an approach that accounts for the impact of cultural backgrounds on each person’s care experience. Clinical supervision and management: You will help train, manage, and supervise a team of ASW therapists utilizing CBT, DBT, ERP and other evidence-based practices to support vIOP clients through our innovative video therapy platform. This includes reviewing and providing feedback on clinical quality metrics and consulting on clinical cases. You will also assist with quality improvement initiatives including specialty consultations, provider training, and quality assurance reviews. Regularly: Our vIOP team members enjoy connecting with peers, who share a passion for providing evidence-based care. You’ll attend one-on-one clinical consultation, multidisciplinary team meetings, and robust training to enhance your clinical and supervision skills. You’ll always have access to expert consultation and support for your most complex clients. It’s like a safety net of resources to help plan the best options–from specialty consultations to culturally responsive care–you’re not alone, even while working remotely within the US. This role is a great fit if you have experience supporting pediatric and young adult clients with mood and anxiety disorders in a high acuity (IOP, PHP, residential) setting using evidence-based and culturally responsive practices, as well as supervising and managing registered ASW’s. This role reports to our vIOP Clinical Quality Manager. Key Responsibilities Maintain a caseload of vIOP clients, vIOP group sessions, and/or Psych Urgent Care appointments (14 bookable calendar spots) Support recruiting, interviewing, onboarding, and training of vIOP ASW therapists Provide clinical quality oversight, mentoring, clinical and administrative supervision to vIOP ASW therapists in clinical practice Provide ongoing feedback regarding ASW therapists’ performance including clinical quality, productivity, adherence to evidence-based treatment models, client feedback, and interpersonal effectiveness; Ensure care provided across the team is culturally responsive and outcomes-driven; Lead ongoing clinical 1:1’s and consultation team meetings with assigned vIOP ASW therapists and consultation teams; Provide clinical coverage for vIOP individual and group sessions as needed; Other duties as assigned Qualifications Master’s degree from a clinical social work track (LCSW) from an accredited program Current unrestricted license to practice in California Willingness to obtain cross-licensing in additional states as needed to support program growth 5+ years postgraduate clinical experience Experienced in providing care in a high acuity (IOP, PHP, residential) setting Highly skilled in working with clients with severe, co-occurring clinical diagnoses and high risk presentations Highly skilled in providing evidence-based treatments (e.g., CBT, DBT, ERP, ACT, TF-CBT, etc.) Experienced and passionate about helping kids, teens, young adults, and families to achieve goals Experienced in brief, goal-focused psychotherapy using measurement based care 2+ years of experience in clinical supervision/training of evidence based therapies Prior administrative management Grounded in cultural humility with a commitment to culturally responsive care Experience with video therapy and providing supervision/consultation on how to conduct clinical sessions via video conferencing software Comfort with technology and working within a fast-moving environment Excellent interpersonal skills (listening and communicating) Passion for transforming mental health through technology with a human touch Availability to work afternoon and evening hours. Must be able to work 11am-8pm Pacific Time, Monday-Friday; Potential opportunity to work Saturdays; Ability to work full-time, approximately 40 hours per week; Full-time resident of the United States "We are an Equal Opportunity Employer.
