Make outbound calls to current owners to introduce
exclusive VIP event vacation packages
Share exciting details about
destinations, special events, and travel experiences
Help owners secure
discounted vacation packages
while scheduling their member update presentation
Build genuine rapport and deliver an
exceptional customer experience
Track bookings, calls, and follow-ups in our CRM system
Consistently
meet or exceed sales goals and performance targets
Stay informed on upcoming events, promotions, and travel offerings
Preferred Experience
Sales or outbound calling experience, Vacation ownership, hospitality, or call center background
Strong communication and persuasion skills
Ability to stay positive and motivated in a goal-driven environment
Ability to handle objections and close sales confidently.t
Self-motivated with a competitive drive to achieve sales goals.
Comfortable working in a performance-based, goal-oriented environment.
Able to work evenings and weekends on occasions, based on business needs.
