We are growing our VIP team and looking for a VIP Account Manager who will build long-term relationships with VIP and pre-VIP players: from day-to-day communication to personalized activation plans for each client. What you will do: Communicate with VIP clients across messengers, live chats, email, and phone calls Analyze client accounts and create an individual activation plan for each client Monitor client activity daily and work on reactivation Handle significant wins and losses of VIP and pre-VIP clients Work on growing deposits, turnover, and average check across your portfolio Resolve issues with failed deposits and withdrawals Analyze client complaints and suggestions, and look for ways to improve customer experience Work with analytics on your portfolio, track team and individual performance Collaborate closely with the team: escalate product issues via tickets and follow up on their progress What we expect: Languages: one of the following combinations — Russian + English or Russian + Korean; both languages at a fluent level, with confident communication both verbally and in writing Hands-on iGaming experience in retention, reactivation, or VIP account management Experience managing VIP players: you know how to proactively drive your portfolio's activity, not just process incoming requests Understanding of product metrics and confidence working with analytics Strong problem-solving skills: conflicts, significant losses, demanding clients Excellent written and verbal communication Confident work with CRM and internal tools Typing speed of 200+ characters per minute, comfortable handling 5-10 chats simultaneously We care about you: Vacation: Reset.
