We are looking for Bilingual Virtual Sales Advisors to join our growing team and support sales operations in the U.S. insurance market, including Medicare and Property & Casualty (Auto, Home, Renters).
✨ Insurance experience is a PLUS — but it's not required!
If you have sales experience, excellent communication skills, and the willingness to learn, we want to hear from you.

🎯 WHAT WILL YOU DO?
📞 Connect with potential customers through calls, texts, emails, and CRM campaigns.
🤝 Build rapport and establish strong relationships with prospects.
🔎 Identify customer needs and qualify opportunities.
📅 Schedule appointments with qualified prospects.
🔄 Follow up consistently with leads and potential customers.
💬 Handle questions and objections with confidence and professionalism.
📈 Work toward daily, weekly, and monthly sales KPIs.
📝 Keep accurate notes and follow-up activities in the CRM.
🚀 Identify opportunities for cross-selling and reactivation.
✅ WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
- Fluent conversational English 🇺🇸
- Sales or customer service experience.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Confidence speaking with customers over the phone.
- Strong sales mindset and willingness to achieve goals.
- High willingness to learn and receive training.
- Excellent follow-up and organizational skills.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented.
- Comfortable working with KPIs and sales targets.
- Basic experience with CRM, calling, or sales platforms is a plus.
- Reliable computer, headset, high-speed internet, and professional workspace.
⭐ INSURANCE EXPERIENCE IS A PLUS!
