Job Description
• Perform basic data entry and update records accurately.
• Enter and organize information in spreadsheets or systems.
• Review information for accuracy and completeness.
• Assist with basic administrative tasks as needed.
• Communicate clearly with the team and follow instructions.
• Answer phones on existing patients to schedule, cancel, or reschedule a follow up appointment & take & complete medical records request.
• Upload documents into the patient records in the practice management system from folders that documents are scanned in.
Must Haves
• This role is only open to Filipinos permanently residing in the Philippines • Basic computer and data entry skills • Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal • Good attention to detail • Good English communication skills, both written and verbal • Good organizational skills
