Virtual Assistant - (Social Snowball Inc)

Job Description This is a remote position. Our company is a dynamic, lean, and fast-paced agency that aids Shopify merchants in enhancing their revenue through word-of-mouth marketing. We are currently seeking a meticulous and process-oriented Virtual Assistant to join our team. Responsibilities: Manage support queries from a specific user segment, ensuring the important queries are left for the Customer Success Manager. Conduct weekly reviews of 10 websites (coupon sites like Honey and Couponbird) to list pertinent information in an organized sheet. This process, known as 'leaked code checking,' involves noting down codes for 50 merchants one by one. Validate the identified 'leaked codes' by checking their status in the respective merchant account. This requires logging into another panel and confirming if the leaked codes are active or have been resolved. Change the codes and create related notes if any 'leaked code' is found. Occasionally change codes for affiliates by following a certain process in the merchant's Social Snowball account. This task requires keen attention to detail as it's repetitive in nature. Qualifications: Exceptional attention to detail. Strong process adherence and an understanding of its importance. Ability to promptly report any irregularities or significant findings.
