Role: Virtual Assistant (Spanish Bilingual)

Location: Colombia

Schedule: Morning Shift

Job description:

• Enter, update, and maintain data with accuracy and efficiency.
• Validate, cleanse, and organize large volumes of business data.
• Manage sensitive information with confidentiality and discretion.
• Maintain data quality by following established standards and procedures.
• Collaborate with global teams to support data-related initiatives.
• Monitor records and identify discrepancies for timely resolution.
• Meet productivity targets while maintaining exceptional accuracy.

Qualifications and requirements:

• Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English is required.
• 1–2 years of data entry or related experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.
• Experience with data management software, including Microsoft Access.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and data entry best practices.
• Basic knowledge of SQL or similar query languages.
• Strong attention to detail, organization, and data accuracy.
• Ability to manage large datasets and meet deadlines.

Non-negotiable skills and requirements:

• Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English is required.
• 1–2 years of data entry or related experience.
