You’ll work with individuals and families who have already requested information, helping them understand supplemental benefit options through virtual consultations. Your Impact You’ll help clients: Understand available benefits Evaluate options based on their needs Navigate enrollment Get answers to coverage questions Receive continued support after enrollment You’ll also maintain accurate client records, conduct follow-up communication, and participate in ongoing training and mentorship.
