What You'll Do
As a
Remote Client Service Representative
, you'll build relationships with clients while helping them understand the benefits available to them.
Client Support Responsibilities
Meet with clients virtually through Zoom and phone appointments
Answer questions regarding available benefits and coverage options
Explain products and services in a clear, professional manner
Assist clients with applications, enrollment, and benefit updates
Maintain accurate client records and follow-up communications
Deliver exceptional customer service before, during, and after enrollment
Professional Development
Participate in virtual training and leadership development programs
Learn from experienced mentors and leadership coaches
Collaborate with a supportive remote team using modern technology
Contribute ideas that improve client service and team success
Continue developing communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
