Virtual Event Producer - Part time

Job Description What You'll Do Produce Events (70%) Work alongside the Virtual Events team to understand the clients’ vision of the event, manage pre-event preparation, live event facilitation, and post-event recording production Assist with connecting and training presenters on the platform Troubleshoot technical issues as they arise Clearly and accurately read scripts publicly on live virtual events Ensure quality audio and video for the live virtual event and recording Create archive recordings to be used by the client for future trainings Operational Support (30%) Maintain accurate quality records and updated SOPs Build strong client relationships through effective communication, professionalism, and adhering to established timelines What Success Looks Like First 90 Days: Effectively producing client events while maintaining a high level of professionalism. Participating in internal conversations about product improvement, operations, and client satisfaction. Who You Are Required: Experience facilitating virtual events; Zoom and Adobe Connect preferred Experience with A/V production tools and techniques, including editing; Adobe Premiere Pro experience preferred Highly technical; aptitude to learn new software quickly and independently Ability to prioritize and organize tasks in a fast-paced environment Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written Fierce attention to detail and accuracy Strong organizational skills; project management experience a plus Ability to work with colleagues across multiple time zones and cultures Flexible schedule: facilitation of monthly events in European time zones required Preferred: Experience in pharma or life science industries You'll thrive if: You love producing high-quality events and providing a high level of client support You enjoy working under pressure and solving problems in the moment You have a professional demeanor with both internal and external stakeholders You have strong critical thinking skills This isn't the right role if: You need events to run the same way every time You’re not experienced at solving technical issues in the moment You find client problems draining About Us Momentive Software amplifies the impact of over 20,000 purpose-driven organizations in over 30 countries, with over $11 billion raised and 55 million members served to date.
