Virtual Medical Assistant | English-Spanish Speaker

Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Virtual Medical Assistant (VMA) at 360VMA. The VMA will be responsible for tasks such as insurance verification, administrative support, prior authorizations, referrals for HMO insurance, infusion services coordination, phone operations, and medical scribing.

Qualifications

• Highly preferred the candidate to be a graduate of any medical-related degree.
• Vast Knowledge and Experience in the US Healthcare System is required.
• Knowledge and experience in Prior Authorization and Phone Handling is a plus.
• Strong verbal and written communication in both Spanish and English is required.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote setting.
• Experience in healthcare or medical office settings.

Base rate: $6.5 per hour

Schedule: Full-time role - 40 hours per week
