Staffingly is a US healthcare outsourcing company with close to 700 agents across India, Pakistan, Bangladesh, Nigeria, and the Philippines. We're expanding into the Latin American market and looking for our first wave of VMAs based in Colombia.

This is not a short-term contract gig. We are investing heavily in this expansion and building a long-term team. We want people who will grow with us.

🩺 THE ROLE

We support US healthcare practices across many specialties (orthopedics, pulmonology, cardiology, primary care, dental, home care, and more). As a VMA, you may handle:

✅ Scheduling and patient coordination

✅ Prior authorization

✅ Insurance eligibility and benefits verification

✅ Medical billing support

Most VMAs specialize in one of these areas. Tell us yours when you apply.

📋 WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

✅ Prior experience in a US healthcare role (VMA, scheduler, insurance verification, billing, or similar)

✅ Strong spoken and written English

✅ Reliable internet and a quiet home work setup

✅ Available to work across US time zones

✅ Full-time availability

💰 COMPENSATION AND GROWTH

Pay is based on experience and is competitive with the industry. We pay quarterly bonuses in addition to base pay.

We are setting up local payroll in Colombia. Right now, we make payments directly from the US while that gets set up.

3-year growth path:

Year 1: Build your track record. Eligible for quarterly bonuses from day one.

After 12 months: Eligible for promotion to Associate Account Manager.

Year 2: Account Manager, owning client relationships directly.

Year 3 and beyond: Our top performers move into leadership roles running their own unit.

This is a real path, not a title on paper. We are building this company around people who grow into it.

Extra income (optional, not confirmed yet): We may offer weekend shifts on top of the regular role for anyone who wants additional hours. Nothing to commit to today, just something to know is on the table.
